Paris Jackson Addresses Leaving Dior Fashion Show Over Concerns for Horses
Paris Jackson promptly left Dior’s Cruise 2019 show, allegedly taking offence at the brand’s use of horses during the display.
The 20-year-old was one of famous the guests at the fashion house’s event at the Chantilly Stables in France on Friday, where creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri served up a bold collection inspired by Mexican female rodeo riders called escaramuza.
Paris then took to Twitter to address the reports saying that she did not “support” the way the horses were being treated.
“to be clear, i did not ‘storm out’ of the show. i quietly got up and walked out trying my hardest to not cause a scene, because i do not support animals being branded and whipped. not trying to become enemies in the fashion world in any way, but i will always be myself,” Paris tweeted.
